Take ½ cup sugar and ½ cup softened butter in a large mixing bowl. Step 2. Mix them well until the mixture turns creamy. Step 3. Add 1 cup of wheat flour or maida to the batter placing a sieve on the bowl. Step 4. Mix ½ teaspoon baking powder, ¼ th teaspoon baking soda, and ¼ teaspoon salt to the wheat flour. Step 5.
